ECD to present at the Passivhaus Technical Solutions Workshop

We are pleased to announce that Loreana Padron and Nick Newman will be presenting at the Passivhaus Technical Solutions Workshop on the 15th of October 2014.
They will be assisting with session 2: The Business Case for Large Scale Retrofit.
This workshop will discuss issues such as in-situ refurbishment, avoiding decanting and structural testing, using our Wilmcote House project which is being retrofit to the Passivhaus EnerPHit Standard.
Wilmcote House is an 11-storey residential development located within the heart of the Somerstown area of Southsea. When it completes in 2015, Wilmcote House will be the largest EnerPHit project in Europe.
The Passivhaus Technical Solutions event provides a chance for PHT members and practitioners involved in the nitty gritty technical aspects of Passivhaus to delve into issues in more depth. ‘Passivhaus Technical Solutions’ will take place on the afternoon of 15 October 2014, before the UK Passivhaus Conference in Stevenage.
