ECD were originally employed by Eastend Homes to prepare masterplanning proposals for the LB Tower Hamlets Stock Transfer ballot. In addition to improvement works to the existing dwellings, the masterplan identified sites for new dwellings on infill sites, alongside new community facilities, to help regenerate the area and cross subsidise the improvements to the existing dwellings. ECD are now working with Telford Homes & EastendHomes on the design of the new build housing.
