The Slimbridge 2000 Centre, partly funded by the Millennium Commission, is a collection of new visitor facilities at the Slimbridge headquarters of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust in Gloucestershire.
The revamped site is part refurbishment of existing buildings but mainly new build, including entrance/exhibition spaces, offices, restaurant, shop and an 18m high observation tower with views across the Severn estuary. In addition there were extensive landscaping works including water bodies and reed beds. The centre receives 300,000 visitors per annum.
