Shell and core for a new building to house the Royal Ballet School, including renovation of three listed buildings

A commercial mixed use development, located at the heart of a Conservation Area, providing a major retail store at basement/ ground level with 3000m2 of dance studios educational and support space above. Large glazed openings to the studios create an inspirational light and airy environment whilst maintaining privacy for the pupils.
