This development for Salmon consists of a terrace of small units for “B1c” or industrial use. The scheme illustrates the needs of a development of small units of this type, with communal external circulation and parking areas, and well identified individual units within the whole. Each unit is separately serviced for M&E supplies, but with a common drainage system. Units can be combined as necessary as the party walls are non-structural, giving flexibility of occupation and the possibility of growth of an occupier through time.
