Masterplan for a variety of single storey B8 industrial/commercial buildings within a business park setting and detail design of individual buildings. The masterplan provides a mix of twelve buildings of various sizes reflecting the local market requirements, with floor areas ranging from 500 – 2000 m2 giving a total development area of 14,000m2.
