This is a substantial business park development in Kent including offices, industry, and housing. The building types include a scheme of small office units and small ‘B1c’ units. ECD has recently produced a new master plan for the entire development, including building types, sizes and layout. The master plan promotes the best principles of sustainable design, incorporates provision for on-site energy distribution systems, local electricity generation and renewable energy. Also provision for public transport, cycling and pedestrian links to the local town, with integrated landscape and sustainable drainage systems.
