Retrofit & Replicate Launch

This exciting project which ECD, Keegans and PPCR are all working on together has been developed in partnership with Hyde Housing Association and Mears contractors, and aims to establish the most effective overall package of retrofit measures necessary to achieve a massive 80% reduction in CO2 emissions.
The launch is taking place over three days. All events will take place in the project house at Court Farm Road, Mottingham, London SE9.
- 22 October, Media Day - during which various media representatives are being invited in for a private tour for photos and interviews with Hyde and the design team.
- 23 October, Hyde’s Launch Event - Hyde and the design team are inviting interested/key clients.
- 24 October, ECD/Mears Day - As key partners in the project, ECD, Keegans, PPCR and Mears have been given exclusive use of the house for the day to invite our own interested clients to view the house. This will be an open house day (from 10am to 6pm). Mark Elton will be giving a talk about the project once in the morning (about 11am) and again in the afternoon (about 3pm).
